Pension Danmark is the client of the Ship and Bridge project in Køge designed by Vandkunsten. For Broen, a housing community with 28 apartments for residents aged 50+, we contribute the interior design for the building's common spaces. The project is thought of as part of overall resident involvement, and a significant effort in building the residents' community. By offering high-quality architecture and common spaces designed in ways that support community and belonging to the place, we expect to be able to improve the residents' quality of life.

The involvement process has two purposes:

1. Kickstart the building of a community among future residents.
2. Increase the ownership of the common rooms with the result that you take better care of the furniture and feel more at home.
