Following TOGETHER Architecture’s transformation of Westloft Chiropractors in Herlev, we have now expanded our collaboration to the clinic in Glostrup. Here, we have created a warm, enveloping and inviting environment, where every detail supports the patients’ well-being and healing process. The vision was to continue the calming and human approach from Herlev, while adapting the interior to Glostrup’s unique architecture and needs.

Our work is based on behavioral architecture: The space promotes calm and healing with enveloping furniture, natural materials such as oiled oak and warm textiles, as well as live plants that enhance both security and well-being. The lamps provide a diffused light, while curtains and sun protection ensure that the light is never harsh, so there is always a pleasant atmosphere.

The waiting area is flexible and social: The elongated bench in oiled oak is divided into sections with optional backrests and armrests, so patients can sit in privacy, with relatives, or simply enjoy a moment of peace. Pink cushions and curtains add warmth, and the space invites both relaxation and small social gatherings.
The reception furniture has been upcycled, giving the clinic's first piece of furniture a new lease of life with a new color and minor adjustments. This saves on new materials while preserving a story about the place's history.

Custom-designed furniture and details have been designed to harmonize with the building’s architecture, and colors and shapes have been carefully selected to balance functionality and aesthetics. The result is a clinic that feels vibrant, personal, and peaceful – a haven where patients can find peace, no matter what they bring.
