Workplace Optimizer
Are you unsure whether your physical space creates space for the whole person, the new societal demands and your brand identity? With our Workplace Optimizer, we uncover the use of your office, meeting rooms and common areas and uncover the behavioral patterns and wishes of your employees. We analyze to ensure a measurable effect on the value creation in your interior design as it is now. It shows what works well and which areas can be improved.
The design of your premises is an important tool for creating a modern workplace that supports the hybrid working life, increased demands for sustainability, health and well-being in the workplace and the opportunity to stand out as a company. There must be room for diversity, community, immersion and knowledge sharing - room for the whole person.
How to get started:
1. Write us at amt@togetherarchitecture.com and tell us briefly about the company and your challenges.
2. We will call you and agree the schedule and framework for the evaluation.
3. You receive a link to the survey and a short accompanying text, which you send out to your employees together with a deadline for the answer.
4. We meet at the agreed time and review the results of the assessment and the recommendations.
Insights from reality
Two real cases
The first step in our Workplace Optimizer is to understand how your office environment is experienced today – from the perspective of the users. Here, we share two anonymous reports from companies that have completed this first phase. The reports collect valuable knowledge about everything from noise levels and lighting to well-being, collaboration and the use of common areas. It is this insight that we take forward when we next design a layout that supports both workflow, community and immersion.
User survey of Danish NGO
This pre-measurement provides a clear picture of how users experience their current office, focusing on well-being, working methods and the desire for the interior to reflect the organization's identity. The results reveal both strengths and challenges in the physical environment and form the basis for a strategic redesign of the office that supports collaboration, immersion and community.

User survey of common areas in new NGO building
This preliminary survey is based on responses from 362 users from a number of NGOs that will soon be gathered in one common office environment. The survey maps out how the upcoming common areas can support well-being, collaboration and social relations across organizations. The results point to a need for flexible and inviting settings with zones for both peace, contemplation and informal meetings. The insights form a solid data basis that ensures that the further design process is based on real needs and user behavior.
