Back to the community

It was not long ago that the last corona restrictions were lifted. Now everything is little by little back to the normal that we once knew - but something has changed.

For some, the restrictions meant more peace, while for others it was a deprivation of social life and the community. With repatriation and hybrid work, our way of thinking about work, community and social gatherings was changed. During the crisis, we kept our distance, both from each other but also from ourselves. We were given the opportunity to see ourselves from the outside, the opportunity to rethink our needs, and the opportunity to do more on our own terms. During the shutdown, we were the closest to ourselves. Now it is time for us to deal with something other than ourselves and our work tasks - and that can be a difficult task when you are out of social shape. In workplaces and in organizations across the country, leaders are currently facing major challenges in restarting the group, community and collaboration. Here, a solution may be to look at the group's surroundings and the individual needs. Is there a need for more meeting points or quiet zones for contemplation? The function of the room is of great importance, and by furnishing according to the architectural principles of behaviour, you can create a positive change. If a company wants its employees to collaborate better, it is important that the room and the interior are up to it.
